Cancellation:

We, at Digital WOM  have followed some guidelines for canceling our services. Clients may request to cancel our services at any time by submitting a written request via email or through our official communication channels. 

At Digital WOM, our goal is not just to provide services but to build lasting relationships based on trust and understanding. Even in the cancellation process, we aim to uphold our standards of professionalism and support, ensuring a smooth transition for our clients.

We are committed to facilitating a positive experience, even in the event of service cancellation, and remain available to assist with any queries or further assistance required during and after this process.

Upon receipt of the cancellation request, our team will acknowledge it within 15 business days and proceed with the cancellation process.

Refund Policy:

  • Monthly Services: For monthly service plans, clients are eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion of the services if the cancellation occurs within the billing cycle.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Setup fees, initial consultations, or any one-time service charges are non-refundable once the service has commenced.
  • Custom Projects: Refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis for bespoke projects or long-term contracts depending on the completed work and incurred costs up to the cancellation date.
  • No Refund Policy: Some services, such as digital advertising spend or third-party services, might have a no-refund policy due to their nature and the terms outlined by the respective platforms or vendors.

Process:

Upon receipt of a cancellation request, our team will verify the request and communicate any applicable refund amounts. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed via the original payment method within 15 days of confirming the cancellation.

Exceptions and Amendments:

Our agency reserves the right to make exceptions or modifications to this policy in exceptional circumstances or to comply with legal obligations. Any updates or changes to this policy will be communicated to clients in advance.

Termination of Services:

Following the cancellation, clients will no longer have access to our services, and any ongoing work or campaigns will be concluded as per the agreed-upon terms.

Client Responsibilities:

Clients are responsible for ensuring the cessation of any automated billing or recurring payments related to our services following the cancellation.
