Client Responsibilities:

Additionally, you agree to promptly respond to any requests or communications from Digital Wom Services (OPC) Private Limited to ensure a smooth and timely collaboration.

Payment and Billing Payment:

 Payment and Billing Payment for our services will be outlined in the separate agreement or proposal provided to you. You agree to make timely payments as specified in the agreement. Failure to make payments may result in the suspension or termination of our services. All fees paid to Digital Wom Services (OPC) Private Limited are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property :

Digital Wom Services (OPC) Private Limited retains all intellectual property rights to any content, designs, or materials created during the provision of our services, unless otherwise specified in writing. You agree not to use, reproduce, or distribute any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

Confidentiality:

During the course of our engagement, both parties may disclose confidential information to each other. You agree to keep any confidential information received from Digital Wom Services (OPC) Private Limited confidential and not disclose it to any third parties.

Limitation of Liability:

Digital Wom Services (OPC) Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunities.

Termination:

Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, you agree to cease using our services and return any Digital Wom Services (OPC) Private Limited materials or property in your possession.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction :

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Digital Wom Services (OPC) Private Limited is located. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
